Lodge Policies
Check-In Time: Check-in after 3:00 PM on the day of your reservation
Check Out Time: Check-out before 11:00 AM to avoid any additional charges. All late check outs will be charged an additional $30.00 fee to the card on file. (any person not checked out of their assigned room before 11:00 am) Any guests not checked out before 3:00 pm will be charged a $100.00 fee.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund. Early check outs are subject to 72 hour cancellation policy. Guests with five or more reservations reserved under their name are subject to a 30 day cancellation and a deposit may be required.
NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the motel rooms or the Rec. Room at any time. You will be charged a $200.00 fee to cover additional cleaning expenses that the motel will incur if your room smells of smoke or if anyone in your party is caught violating the no smoking policy. This is a Michigan State Law!
NO MARIJUANA (Including Medical) Marijuana in not allowed in the motel rooms at any time! If your room smells like marijuana, there will be a $200.00 cleaning fee. The owner or management has the final say if your room smells like marijuana. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please leave it in your vehicles.
NO PETS No Pets Allowed! There will be a $100 fee per pet, per night, if you are caught violating this rule.
All rates are subject to state and local taxes. All rates are subject to change without notice. Must be 21 years of age to register
You will be responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings during your stay, including damage to linens and towels. You may be charged additional cleaning fees if you leave your room or the Rec. Room excessively dirty. You will also be charged if there is any vomit/fecal matter that needs to be cleaned and the charges will vary depending on the level of clean-up required. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or a loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
No minors (under the age of 17) can be left unattended on our property at any time. Minors are not allowed in the Rec. Room without adult supervision at any time. Adults must be 17 years or older. No one under the age of 13 may use the pool table.
