Mountain Valley Lodge and Campground is located in beautiful Benzie County, Michigan. We offer warm, comfortable rooms at affordable prices and a spacious RV campground with plenty of sites.

We are just minutes away from several spectacular rivers and lakes, providing great opportunities for countless adventures like kayaking, canoeing, tubing, boating, fishing and more. Our property is surrounded by thousands of acres of state land, making us the perfect hunting destination!

In addition, there are numerous snowmobile and ATV trails accessible from our property, and various hiking and bicycle trails nearby. We are only three miles from Crystal Mountain and we have several fabulous golf courses, nearby!

Mountain Valley Lodge is only a short drive from Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Leelanau's wine country.

Huron-Manistee National Forest
The Huron-Manistee National Forest combines two forests into almost a million acres of pristine public lands, including almost 6,000 acres of wetlands. Huron-Manistee also has thousands of quiet, peaceful lakes. You can enjoy a variety of activities. Hiking, mountain biking, boating, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling--just to name a few--are all popular activities. I enjoyed my stay here very much. Very simple and quiet motel with all the necessities you need to enjoy your stay. If you want to cook your own meals you have full access to the kitchen. It has a microwave and stove and refrigerator and deep freezer in the lodge if you need a little more room to keep your catch. The owners are very friendly and genuinely care about you and they take excellent care the facility. I will definitely be coming back.

This was a very nice old fashion motel. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful with us being since we were 3 hours from home. The rooms were very clean. Everything was freshly painted and nice. The rec room had lots of activities to do. We enjoyed playing pool. It has ping pong, pinball a full kitchen and lots of other things. Very reasonably priced. Definitely will stay there again when in the area. About 15 minutes from Frankfort and about a 1/2 from Cadillac.
